Nicer than other dealers. Brought car in for basic service and it'll be 3 hours. I place more trust in dealer then mechanics at service stations.

Not honest about pricing, charge outrageous amount (3x versus other repair shop).. promised to call back to follow up but never did.. so disappointed

If you're coming in on Saturday, there will be a wait. But there is shuttle service to take you home.

Open long hours even on the weekends, great for emergency service and not having to worry about car service during the week. Downside is that weekends can be jammed
