Never use their service department. They are rude and very slow. I gad a great car buying experience, but their service department sucks...and because of them, i will NOT be a return customer.

As far as waiting rooms go, this one is great! Good strong coffee, even donuts for those so inclined. One drawback is Regis on the TV, but it is a nice TV!
