The museum does "Loyalists and Liberty" tours at the site of the Battle of Savannah across the street. Kids will enjoy carrying the prop guns, while the docent will fire a real one (it's loud).

Great place to get the general history of Savannah. They have two wonderful tours. One is the loyalist and liberty your and frogtown tour.

Fun enactment that caught us by surprise. The viewers take part of the act. It was very informative and well presented.

Not worth the $7 admission fee, even though there's the Forrest Gump bench (there's the park where he sat and that's free to visit).
