Focus is the impact of the railroad and the Civil War on the local people and community; not a big place and you can get through it in about 45 minutes. Super-helpful staff.

If you don't enjoy civil war history, this place is as much fun as watching paint dry. Zzzz. Very friendly staff though.

Old Town Manassas hosts a lot of GREAT events throughout the year, and the lawn at the musuem is frequently used.
