The route #3 Sandstone & Elbow Drive buses are the most reliable routes in Calgary IMHO but in rush hour they tend to get tied up downtown... not the driver's fault... just traffic...

Catch new BRT bus to Mount Royal College and West brook mall.

The 182 comes at 7:24(ish) in the am on weekdays and is practically empty. useful for mru students, ends up at west gate.
