Train from 0928am going to Ella does not have anything else than 3rd class. Took us 4 hours to get to Ella. Be patient and enjoy the scenery (if you’re lucky to be seated 😂)

É uma estação antiga e descuidada, mas é interessante vir aqui. Uma pena que nosso trem atrasou tanto que nos fez desistir de ir até Ella. Temos de voltar.

The train takes 6 to 7 hours. But the scenery is beautiful

U can take a bus from here to Nuwara Eliya, it coast about 35 rupies only. Bus stop is higher... Don't take a minivan, very expensive. Maximum 30 minutes, but road is really crapy
