It's been an annoying practice to force passengers to pay to use the CR and to purchase overpriced goods.

15mins stop-over. With that time, one can: 1. go to the CR(PhP5.00 fee); 2. order a take-out McDonald's meal. 3. Buy some quick snacks(Banana cake slice, Halo2x or Mr. Donuts)
