The service at this location is really poor. Unfortunately you have to be of a certain standard to get service. They totally ignore you and walk away.

Worst place ever... I can only get serviced if I'm wearing a suit and tie and flashing money around.. Not thrilled at all.. Find another place for over priced jewelry.. U might get treated better

N bought B a heart necklace here—but this sparkly Fifth Avenue store has always been there for B, and I can't say the same for N. Stop by for breakfast. BYO glazed cruller.
