Incredibly helpful service and very friendly staff here. I have only ever needed very small and inexpensive items, but I've always been treated as a valued customer.

The purchase process is surprisingly inefficient. Taking a number and sitting for 30 minutes while they call out numbers (most of whom have walked out), does not make sense.

You can't beat Lee Valley, located in the heart of King West. They’ve got all the right gardening tools!

Surprised more people don't know about this place. Great gift ideas for almost everyone.
