Suggested I buy Shure SE115 headphones (their cheapest model) over Bose and Beats by Dre headphones. Great if you know what you want! Otherwise, their just moving old, leftover inventory.

Staff is misleading on product knowledge. Advocated I buy crappy, old model headphones, when equal priced highly reviewed by PCmag, CNet, and HeadRoom - S4i were newly stocked. No returns or exchange.
