My faulty iBook Air couldn't be repaired at an economical price. However, the sales team offered a refurbished replacement machine with a generous discount. Very pleasant staff and excellent service.

Nice sales reps. Terrible customer service. My iPad 2 was broken and they gave me some magical story about glue drying. Real apple store couldn't believe when they saw it and replaced it immediately.
