The WNC Nature Center is a well-established zoo featuring wildlife native to the local area. The nature center is AZA accredited. Prominent exhibits include river otters, cougars, & red & gray wolves.

It is a great educational experience! As you walk through each exhibit, you can lean a good bit of information about each animal in North Carolina

Beautiful facility which feels very natural for the animals in their habitats. A can't miss for your visit to Asheville.

This venue is free to military members and family. It was a nice place to visit.
