The Periodical Room is a great place to read and study in quiet. Plus, there is a large amount of natural lighting!

The tiers are perfect for studying (quiet) in winter (warm). Can't have food there, though; but covered drinks are fine.

Avoid library during dead and finals week. It gets super packed. If you must then stick w/ basement, 1st,2nd floor. 3rd and 4th will be full
