Convenient location! No worry about food, clothes, or anything because you can find whatever you want in nearby malls and underground shops. You just need a compass in case you lost underground..

Old style hotel - design looks straight out of a Pokémon game. Nice rooms. Lounge has limited but high quality options. Location is awesome - connected to Yokohama station, much cheaper than Tokyo

Decent room, good view of the city, nice staff and breakfast, 25 mins to downtown by train and half the price. I will be back again.

The room is tiny, ugly view. And I didn't get any upgrades for gold spg member 😐
