Beautiful hotel, excellent location - close to shops, restaurants and Glenelg beach. I stay here on a regular basis and am always impressed by how courteous the staff are and how lovely the rooms are.

2nd Christmas/New Year spent here. Service is great, staff are friendly and helpful, but rooms & facilities are a little worn & tired. Needs a revamp - pool area especially.

Went on a Sunday night which seem to be way too packed to even move. What was even worse is there were very minimal bar staff to get through drink orders fast enough

OK facilities, but a little tired & in need of an update. Pool area in particular needs a shade sail & umbrellas with new pool chairs. Should be plenty of towels with a bar area. Upgrade sauna too.
