The "free" wifi requires you to answer a series of market research survey questions every few minutes.

I've stayed here at least a dozen times the last few years. Cheap, pleasant, quiet with friendly staff. Excellent location! They will let you check in early if rooms are available.

Good value for your money a fridge and micro in room and free continental breakfast every day. Pastries, muffins, fruit and waffles

They don't put any holds on your credit card. They just need the number for incidentals (movie rentals etc)
