The 10th floor has a ghost. We were in two different rooms on the 10tth floor where the blinds and shades drew themselves down at odd times.

We stayed in the hotel for 12 days in a row as a Golden Circle member. When we asked for the late checkout they asked for half of the room price to extend beyond 2 pm. They see you as walking dollars!

In addition to the room charge they block your credit card for each day of your stay by 200 CAD. They can not even trust a Shangri La member till the end of their stay
