One of the finest hotels I've stayed at in awhile rooms are excellent / the breakfast is by far the best. The front desk along with the rest of the staff are the very best.

Bring your pet- a somewhat steep pet fee ($30) but the large rooms are great for dogs and everyone is generally quiet so no barking triggers :)

Yes, get a top floor room! Upstairs neighbors can be loud.

Try to get top floor. The floors are so thin that you can hear walking and water running.
