really great small hotel in a former monastery in the middle of the wine country in Peidmont. everything about it was excellent.

Great boutique style hotel, converted from an old monastery. Romms are nice but some of them are small. The indoor pool and spa is very nice. The gardens are lovely. The restaurants has Michellin star

The first salt bath burns like crazy, but it subsides a bit after the first 10 minutes. Wait it out! But make sure you don't get it in your mouth!!
