For 2 days our aircon didn't cool, only the fan worked. "Someone will come and look at it tomorrow"

Son got electric shock from bathroom light switch, use the back of your hand to flick the switches

Happy hours were great. Stayed here for two weeks. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had nice selection. Close to Royal Palace.

Friendly staff, good room rate. Our room key was unstable and they quickly offer another room. If you are worried about security, make sure to ask when book your room.

Early check-in is fine without extra charge if atleast 10am.

Looks good at first view, but the rooms are really dirty. Beds broke when we stayed and lot of animals cross your way when going to bathroom!
