No elevator. People are nice friendly and ready to help. The streets are busy from the beginning of the day, so if you want to sleep in, ask for the rooms that don't have street view.

No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or equipment you will have to huff it up the two flighta of ateps. Almost a cardio teat.
