Rooms are good enough for sleeping. They have big windows. You need to request a room facing SM for a nice view. Free breakfast is just okay to start the day. Fast wifi connection & good service. ☺👍

May be a best friend of budget traveller. It has all the basic amenities of a standard hotel at a low price. One can get a room for three persons at P1,300 or P433 per person with breakfast.

My friends and I got a family room for Php5000 only for 3 days and 2 nights. Way cheaper compare to other inns near Session Road. I must say 'you get more than what you paid for'.
