We used the parking and the shuttle service they offer for long term parked cars. It was ok, although on our way back from the airport to the hotel we had to wait way too long for the schuttle.

Value for money. A shuttle runs from the Zurich airport which is quite useful if you have a lot of luggage. Nice cozy rooms. Hotel staff is very helpful.
