Nice, quiet, clean rooms. Smelled fresh. Pet friendly and the deposit is refundable if there is no damage. A great value!

Completely remodeled. Nice rooms & pool! Great location next to I-71, near SouthPark Mall & other major shops/restaurants. Metroparks right up the street.

The bar is nice but the prices are extremely high $5 for a domestic draft and $12 for a glass of wine that retails for $7.99 a bottle. Its not an upscale restaurant or resort its a local Holiday Inn

Great value for the money! Restaurant / bar on site, plenty of snacks for sale at the desk, close to a mall and other restaurants. The front desk staff treats your at the Crown Plaza.

Van service to/from the airport is very unreliable. Build in extra time if you're catching a flight.
