The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and always cared for us. The pool and the view are awesome. I only take out one star because we got the worse available room for our buck.

Wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful view,serene environment away from the crowds. Great spacious rooms. Nothing to complain about!! :)

Swimming by the pool with great caldera view! You can have lunch and a drink or a cocktail and enjoy the sunset! It's without doubt a very good deal and a value for money!
