We forgot out passport after we checked out and when i called after 7 hours they said yes its with them and we turned around in the middle of the way to Montreal they should have called us immediately

Great service, clean rooms. Nice little bar near the lobby. Fantastic location. Have stayed all over the city and this is a good choice.

Not terribly impressed. Other than the exellent location in downtown Kingston (although not on the waterfront), the pool was closed and our room had a very strong disinfectant smell. Staff were great.
