Great beer garden at the back! Beware that their kitchen closes at 3pm for lunch.

Beautiful Suntrap beer garden. Good reputation for food and real ales. Pleasant traditional bar area.

The stag was refurbished and extended about three years back - initially it was run (badly, post refurb) by a pub management co - now taken over by local mgt and excellent again.
