I always think of hamburgers, hot dogs and shakes when I think of Steak 'N Shake, but I ate breakfast here last week and was pleasantly surprised. Really good.

Seemed to be lots of comments about service, I was here at lunch, seated quickly, server very efficient, kept my drink full, was about as quick as it could be. But it wasn't crowded.
