The staff laughs/jokes around (very loudly) causing you not to be able to hear the people you are with. I've heard the staff complain about their managers, scheduling, etc. very unprofessional.

Ordinary at best. A lot of locals like Momma Goldberg's but I have tasted better elsewhere. I am not a fan of the bread. In my opinion it's overrated.
