The best restaurant in & around Toulouse by a wide margin. Southwestern French cuisine done right, with a mix of terroir and sophistication. Prices very reasonable for a ** Michelin guide restaurant.

Le menu du marché les mercredi, jeudi et vendredi midi est une excellente idée ! ... et une excellente opportunité pour découvrir ce 2 étoiles !
