Always a negative experience. Always get receipts if splitting the bill as they tend to make you pay again if you can't prove you have paid ... Not good for functions or if you are limited for time.

Italian food, alcohol, smoking outside...reminds me of the chain Italian restaurants back in Japan. (懐かしい!!サイゼリヤみたい！)

Waited 45mins for food with no-one in the restaurant, poor form..

Lost one order. Had to chase down the waitress to ask for the Parmesan cheese. Overall not a good mid week lunch time experience. Recommend don't bother.
