Not a vegan expert but this was amazing! I love Argentinian beef, but after 1,5 months I craved something different. Ate here for lunch and had to go back for dinner same day. The lasagna is so good!

Lovely restaurant in the center of Salta, offering a refreshing selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We had the zucchini pasta, which was good. A welkome alternation from all the ‘parrillas’
