I imagine that this would be like a usual noodles restaurant would look like in Asia. Not fancy, not super clean but with good taste, decent quality/price ratio and fast service.

Comfortable noodle soup with a hearthy (meaty) broth. You see them pull the noodles. Could do with some more veggies. Come hungry.
