Take the lifts during peak times directly down to the platform...too many idiots passing through the gates...takes ages...and you miss the train by seconds...not if you take the lifts!

This is a poorly designed renovated train station! Even after the massive upgrade, getting down or out of the station is a fight as there are minimal entrances and if you can avoid morning peak times.

Walk faster through the station and DON'T STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CROWD!!!!
