I normally like Steak 'n Shake but the service at this one wasn't that great I am sorry to say. Especially since I rarely get to go to Steak 'n Shake.

Almost every time I go and ask for no cheese (no matter what location) they put cheese on the burger. I say, say you are very allergic to get your order correct,other than that it's delicious.

Yes, it's slow, but that's because they don't start making your food until you order. You can't rush a good thing. If you want sub-par fast food, go to McDonald's.
