Paris – the cultural, fashion and gastronomic capital of the world
Paris is the capital of France and the fifth largest city in Europe, located on the banks of the River Seine. Fans of antiquity and all new, fashionable and gastronomic delights flock here.
The map of the city is a close interlacing of ancient architecture from different periods and modern buildings: restaurants, boutiques, museums. To even be able to see the main popular places here, you need to come here for at least a day, and use the city guide. It's definitely worth sitting by, or going to the top of the Eiffel Tower, going to the Louvre, the Champs Elysees, gazing upon the Arc de Triomphe and of course at the Notre Dame Cathedral. And in the suburbs is the famous Versailles.
The Parisian places of interest are not only individual palaces, cathedrals and buildings, but also entire complexes of buildings, streets and squares of the city. For example, the Seine embankment is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Parisian Transport includes an extensive network of metro lines, overground bus and tram routes, and water transport Voguéo. Due to the mild climate and the picturesque city, bicycle transport has become very popular recently. All conditions are created for cyclists: special tracks and rental points every 300 metres.
