Walk through Nu Sentral to up then go left to KL Sentral station.

You can go to this station from KL Sentral (KLJ) via Nu Sentral. The gate opens as early as 7 am

Not that hard to find although there are minimal signboards n bad odors plus rubbish everywhere; just follow the flow.
