Smells SO bad in there! Not like a normal pet store GROSS. I've tried to buy pets there in the past and 95% of the time they die within the first week. DON'T BUY ANIMALS FROM BIG CHAINS!

If you need anything that's locked up make sure you ask for assistance right when you walk in or you will be waiting a long time. There is never anyone I. The aisles to help.

Nice staff and cute kitties on site available for adoption, always tempting me to take them home. I just wish they wouldn't sell animals (guinea pigs, ferrets, etc) - its so sad.
