I like Zara’s clothes although they don’t always last that long. This store however is a bit crowded and messy and you can sense that the staff feels the same way.

This was the worst Zara I've ever seen. Completely chaotic. Staff knew nothing, and the store looked like a bomb exploded in it ☹️ Clothing strewn on the floor and everywhere else. Disaster!
