Didn’t feel like a W hotel, plus, I didn’t feel titanium treatment. Lollapalooza weekend, public restrooms, are dirtier than the ones at the festival.

A beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in. It has that art-deco feeling, but the block has a homeless draw that can get off-putting, or downright unsettling.

Nice hotel but this 200$ incidentals charge is ridiculous as it takes 10 days to go back into your account. With a UK card too I get charged for both transactions!

Good sized rooms. Really weird lobby seems to not utilize the space well, but room quality made up for it. Hood is not the most active

Wonderful hotel - clean room - great location. The only disadvantage was they don't provide free wifi !
