They changed our problematic room finally but after 2 nights & I was told they are fully booked and not possible to do it sooner.How come people can take shower with cold water in autumn!

We had many problems with our room. Air condition didn’t work properly and water was cold for taking shower! When I complained their excuse was that some guests don’t care about cold water to shower!!
