Run for your life. The rooms has a strong urine smell and the ceiling and walls are so thin you can hear every toilet flush and the noise when someone goes to shower is unbearable. RUN.

Unless things have improved in 4 years (doubtful) don't stay here. The walls are paper thin and everything has a layer of grime.

I really enjoyed the closed courtyards, movie nights and the fact theres a walkway from the hotel to the waterpark. I'd come here again with the kids.

Great Family friendly Hotel with direct indoor connections to Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Also a minutes walk to Casino Niagara !

Clean place, nice size fridge and convenient location. Wish they had microwave since they cater to families (water park). Does get extremely nice on weekends.

The beds are TERRIBLE!! Not the best hotel to get sleep at before a long 24 hour flight home

Look at the cost of the other hotels attached to the Fallsview before booking here. Amenities are next to nil and the staff is not friendly. Regret buying the groupons for here!

Beware of the additional 3% tax which is not a tax we're obligated to pay. They add it on and don't tell you otherwise. It's for the local tourism industry. You can ask that this tax be removed.
