Pier B feels like a hotel that deserves a pat on the back for a strong effort. Which is fine, I guess. Perfectly fine.

Customer service was poor. Came for a wedding and ended up bum showering in the lobby bathroom to make it because our room wasn't ready after being put on an "expedited" list. Don't recommend...
