Front desk staff (and in general) is not empowered to many any decisions. Poorly trained staff also resulted in many cases of bad service - even compared to the many other hotels I've stayed in Bhutan

Beautiful neat hotel. Amazing service, nice staff. Must try Dadtshi Momos or Cheese Momos and Archery....
