My room had amazingly high ceilings and ceiling to floor window looking out on 16th street mall 2nd floor

Staff had to play the dual role of check in person and concierge and handled it remarkably. I did not particularly like there restaurant's breakfast as there were not a lot of options.

Very nice hotel in a great shopping location. Staff need some guest service training though, definitely room for improvement.

Bar and room service closes too early. WiFi is hard to connect to. Air conditioning doesn't cool the room like it should. On plus side on 16th street mall is close. Plenty to do & close to Coors Field

The staff here are excellent. I like to explore when I travel for business and they've made some excellent restaurant recommendations. Always super helpful

There is a genuine Starbucks cafe in the hotel. Caribou is across the street.

TV reception not great... If you need a blow dryer, you gotta ask.
