Extraordinary and friendly hotel with everything done just right— the food, the drinks, the decor, and of course the jaw-dropping nature surrounding it all.

We had room 315 overlooking the main door. Could be noisy with arrivals and departures but lovely view over the bay. Restaurant is expensive but food is nice. Spa treatments are expensive but worth it

Don't eat dinner here. We had to send good back, the waiter insisted what was "well done" was "medium rare". Food was OK but overpriced for what it was. Other diners complained as well.

Don't order a hot chocolate from the bar, what you get is definitely not a hot chocolate

Absolutely beautiful meal in La Cascade restaurant last night. Only a choice if 5 main courses but it was full of flavour.

They have not changed the food menus in the restaurant or bar for years...not good. Still a lovely place though
