The food is good, the service is terrible. Very slow and they never listen to any specifics of your order. Something is wrong every time. It's a shame as the rest of the chain across the UK is decent.

Great food. Remember to go to Prezzo website and use the vouchers (Prezzo app) Buy one meal and get 2nd for £1.
