Prepare to splurge on a special occasion meal. The pre-fixe Discovery menu is almost $100 per person, but the food is exquisite.

Lamb was incredible and so was the elk carpaccio!

Food is delicious but course took 4h! 40m between hot appetizer and soup another 40 for main dish. Can get latter but 40m for calamari?! And they ran out of flaming sugar for cr.brûlée. Major failure!
