Fire the manager, fire the staff and start over fresh. Place is operated like a prison kitchen. Been to IHOP all over the country, this is one of the worst!

Service is absolutely horrible. We waited over 35 minutes for pancakes & eggs. Its a shame because I love their food. Also we had a wait at the door, they weren't busy but the tables were all dirty.

Now that this iHop has been open a little longer their service/food/wait times are getting better. Not perfect but getting there, banana bread French toast is new and good :D

Food is great but you have to wait forever.. Last time I was there we walked out... They need to get it together
