Wer auf billige, qualitativ schlechte fertig Zutaten mit einem nicht gelungenen Geschmack steht, befindet sich genau an der richtigen Adresse. Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Nous y allons régulièrement avec ma femme et à chaque fois nous avons été très bien servi. La cuisine est très bonne et la carte change régulièrement. Une adresse que je recommande à Neuchâtel.

Disons-le tout de suite: le Cardinal à Neuchâtel, c'est surtout un magnifique décor. De quoi oublier le service au lance-pierre? À vous de juger.
